Top 3 Reasons Why You Need PhotoBioModulation In Your Life

When I begin writing this blog post, and should only mention three reasons for using PhotoBioModulation in everyday life, and I find that very difficult to do... only mentions 3 good benefits from BPM!

I started asking myself what was the most important outcome, I was looking for when I started with BPM. And here you can see the three reasons why I think you should consider starting to use BPM, or be better off using the one you already have.

Photobiomodulation (PBM), meaning red and near-infrared light therapy or low-level laser therapy, is a treatment that uses accurate wavelengths to help the body heal. Because PBM works on your body's individual cells, we see a wide spectrum of advantages, and it helps people with a wide variety of diagnoses. PBM is non-toxic, non-invasive, and has no side effects, so it’s an excellent option for people looking for a natural solution for healing.

1. Reduction in inflammation and stress.

PBM helps your cells get rid of the "pollution" oxidative stress that accumulates by dealing with environmental, physical and emotional stressors. It's almost like a powerful antioxidant that counteracts the negative effect that free radicals produce in your cells. Think of PBM as a team of garbage trucks in your cells, leaving behind a clean scenery so the tissues can breathe easily.

2. More Energy

When we are thinking about energy, many of us think of what we have the ability to do, both physical and mental energy. But everything starts in your cells, where the magic occurs, or not. We and our cells need "good nutrition" on a daily basis. And one of the best ways to give your cell's optimum energy is to apply BPM to different parts of your body, and help cellular respiration. Red and near infrared LEDs can boost the synthesis of glycogen and adenosine triphosphate (ATP). If you can make glycogen synthesis more effective, you are fundamentally improving the efficiency of your body's diet from the "inside" The type of diet you eat will also play an important role in the type of energy you contribute to your body. Your daily intake of nutrients should be a good mixture of different types of food, and in harmony with your level of activity.

Experts recommend choosing the right amounts for each of the major nutrients, but also in mind when they are used. For example, there are various recommendations for carbohydrates before, during and after high intensity training, if you plan to increase your endurance and endurance. Similar guidelines exist for proteins, fats and others.

3. Improved Circulation

BPM light therapy alleviates and enhances quality of life by stimulating circulation and reducing pain and cell damage. It is shown to dramatically reduce symptoms when applied to the feet for fifteen minutes three times a week.

Nitric oxide is produced by almost every cell type in the human body and is one of the most important molecules for the health of blood vessels. It is a vasodilator, that is, it relaxes the inner muscles of your blood vessels, causing the vessels to expand. As a result, nitric oxide increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure.

“ The process of removing cellular waste enhances blood flow. PBM users often experience a tingling, rinsing sensation after treatment, which is an additional boost to circulation
